 Health premiums are one of the largest costs for employers. We take a large load off of your current primary health plan by covering primary care office visits, urgent care office visits, and generic prescriptions.

With the CHAMP Plan, employees have access to the services they need in order to stay as healthy as possible. They get unlimited primary care visits and the plan pays 100% of the office visit charges through First Health Providers for employees.

No. Employees who voluntarily enroll in The CHAMP Plan can continue to use the same providers and receive the same medical care they’re already receiving through their traditional medical insurance.

It’s simple! All we need is a basic census from you so that we can begin to identify your potential savings per employee. We then provide you with a specific proposal and analysis for your company. The proposal will show you every employee’s before and after net effect of their paychecks and the company savings so you can see your exact potential savings prior to enrollment. Once you approve the proposal, our TPA’s will handle everything from there so there’s no extra burdens on your payroll team.

Unlimited doctor visits, urgent care, and prescriptions—all with $0 copays. 24/7 virtual care, preventive services, and a personal health manager ensure employees stay healthy, engaged, and stress-free.
  1. $0 PRIMARY CARE VISITS: By enrolling in the CHAMP Plan, employees will have access to unlimited primary care doctor visits. The plan will pay 100% of the office visit charges through First Health Providers, leaving employees with a $0 deductible and $0 copay.
  2. $0 URGENT CARE VISITS: Employees have access to unlimited urgent care visits. The plan will pay 100% of the urgent care office visit charges through First Health Providers, leaving employees with a $0 deductible and $0 copay.
  3. $0 CO-PAYS ON PRESRIPTIONS: The CHAMP Plan will provide unlimited prescription coverage on a robust list of nearly 200 generic and brand name prescriptions, along with a $0 copay for the employee plus their family members who are added to the plan. 
  4. $0 VIRTUAL DIRECT PRIMARY CARE: With The CHAMP Plan’s virtual direct primary care benefit, employees and their families can access virtual direct primary care services up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. They will also have no deductible and a $0 copay!
  5. ELECTRONIC AND PHYSICAL ID CARD: We provide all employees with an electronic ID card, available through our mobile app that can be presented at the time of service. In addition, a physical ID card is sent that can also be presented to the pharmacist at the time of service to get your $0 copay.
  6. PERSONAL HEALTH MANAGER: Champ’s Personal Health Manager provides employees with proactive health care services and improves feelings on healthcare by interacting with them in various exciting and engaging ways by simply picking up their smartphone.
  7. PREVENTIVE CARE SERVICES: The CHAMP Plan pays 100% of preventive care services required by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) through First Health Providers. The PPACA was created to ensure that all Americans have access to affordable health care.
  8. QUALIFIED SECTION 125 PLAN: The CHAMP Plan is a qualified IRS code section 125 plan, which permits employees to choose from at least one taxable benefit. It provides preventive examinations, bio-metric screens, health risk assessments, and chronic medication fulfillment.
